## Virtual Onboarding and Safe Work Environment on Costruction Sites with SafetyEngine

Learning trough gamification and game-based learning is proven to increase engagement, as it makes the learning process more interesting and fun.

Safety training goes beyond mere compliance. To ensure a safe workplace it is necessary that the people who work for you, know how to work safely and without causing any risks to themselves or to others. An active safety training based on real situations is found to be more effective compared to more conventional training.

Rambolls digital tool, SafetyEngine, rethinks the conventional powerpoint-based safety introductions using game-based learning and BIM-models in a virtual construction environment on Smartphones. The app involves all stakeholders on site and includes a digital information board, registration- and observation modules, and communication features.
