SURE by Ramboll is a decision analysis and communication tool for sustainable remediation assessment.
The tool will help the user to navigate through the sustainable remediation assessment and to consider and evaluate the environmental, social, and economic dimensions (i.e., the sustainability) of different remedial options, and to communicate key decision-making factors to selected stakeholders
Once completed, the tool will equip the user with a custom-made report to explore the sustainability impact of the assessed options, and suggest areas of improvements as well as pinpointing connections to UN SDG’s.
Create a project by entering introductory project details and assigning assessors that you wish to collaborate with on the assessment.
At the beginning of the assessment, the assessors are required to enter basic project framing information.
This is to provide an opportunity for assessors to consider the specific project conditions and potential uncertainties before comparing the remedial options and completing the actual assessment.
Next the assessors will select a list of relevant sustainability indicators to be evaluated from a pre-populated menu. In the assessment each indicator is assigned a weighting to reflect its relative impact on the overall sustainability score, and the remedial options are numerically assessed according to their impacts on each indicator.
After completing the assessment, assessors will be presented with a summary of the results. At this point, there is also the opportunity to share the results with designated stakeholders and request their review and comment.
After all stakeholder comments have been addressed and the assessment is complete, the assessor will generate the final Assessment Report in PDF format.
You don't need to be an expert in sustainable remediation assessment. Our multidisciplinary expert team will make sure you succeed with your project.
