Our Project Highlights
aer München-Neuperlach
The imposing building is a pioneer for digitization, sustainability and intelligent redensification. In 2023, the ambitious revitalization project with a total area of 42,000 m² will be completed and become one of the most sustainable properties in Munich. The timber hybrid construction method in the combination of refurbishment and new timber construction make it unique in Germany.

LEV 10-18 München
LEV 10-12 is consistently planned with resource conservation in mind. The office building combines sophisticated architecture with future-oriented technology and user-centered planning. The emission of gray emissions is already reduced in the construction of the timber hybrid building. The resource-saving heating and cooling systems ensure a very good CO2 balance during operation.

ATLAS
ATLAS, 65 m high, expresses a very distinctive architecture. The building was stripped to the bone at the base by a six-story cubature and wrapped in a double-skin garment of glass.
The building physics and structural design as well as the development of the preventive structural fire protection were implemented in a contemporary language.

Stuttgart Airport
With the transport of almost ten million passengers per year, Stuttgart Airport is of outstanding importance for Baden-Württemberg. In 2018, we were commissioned with the fire protection maintenance. Special challenges were the standardization of the escape and rescue route planning of the building conglomerate as well as the fire protection consulting. Sacher also took over the planning and construction management of the current building projects.

Four Seasons Kempinski
With its 160 years of tradition, the "Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski" hotel is one of the best-known grand hotels in Europe. The extensive modernization of the listed building required special sensitivity in planning and implementation. The building was structurally strengthened in some areas and parts of the facade were renewed. Ballrooms, conference rooms and a total of 270 guest rooms were expanded, enlarged and upgraded in terms of fire protection.

KISS Obersendling
The office building "Kiss" in Munich's Obersendling district unfolds as an asymmetrical horseshoe. With the aim of creating a climate- and energy-positive building that is as CO2 neutral as possible and highly functional, use-oriented spaces with pronounced variability, social and ecological dimensions are created. As a building complex, the micro-campus "Kiss" follows all individual requirements of its tenants and forms a functional exoskeleton.
