Today’s cars have dozens of sensors to monitor vehicle performance. Sensor data collected from cars include information such as brake pressure, acceleration, road friction, weather, headway, state of charging (EV’s), detected road signs and collision warnings.
Ramboll partners with sensor data providers to provide data-driven insight on road conditions and events on roads for example for assessing unsafe locations on the road network, road surface quality, slippery conditions, location of road signs and charging conditions on electric vehicles.
