# LUTI Models

Analyze Land Value Capture

The analytical framework for land use and transport interaction (LUTI) can be utilised in a variety of assessment situations to understand land value capture and to study land use and transport policies.

Ramboll have good knowledge on LUTI models, and we are currently developing methodologies and evaluating possibilities to utilize them in with our clients.
